Written In The Stars

These are the dresses that started it all. Written in the Stars brings together the earliest bridal designs I ever made. Each one belongs to a different chapter, carrying its own story, its own inspiration, and its own place in the journey. Though the collection has grown and changed over the years, these dresses remain close to my heart, and continue to be chosen by brides who find something of themselves within them.

Before you order, every Mary Benson wedding piece is made especially for you. Rather than being taken from a shelf, your garment is carefully cut, sewn, and finished in our small Yorkshire workroom. Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for making and dispatch, giving each piece the time and care it deserves. If you're working towards a particular wedding date, or would like small alterations such as sleeve changes or a different skirt length, please do get in touch. We'll always do our very best to help where we can. All styles are available in a range of colours, and we're always happy to help you find the shade that feels just right for your wedding.
